How come there is a connection with minor keys and sadness and melancholy?
Why do you believe that minor keys are often associated with sadness or melancholy?
I think in history of music composers use minor keys to convey emotions.
And why are composers doing that? Is emotion an inherent aspect of minor keys, or has it developed over centuries of classical music composition?
